When I first started quilting, I wanted to make a blue & yellow quilt.
I fell in love with this fabric.
It is such a lovely bouquet of flowers that it makes me think of spring every time I look at it. Red decided that he wanted in on the act as I was taking the picture, so I let him play.
Here he is with a piece of bias string fabric. He loves to play with this so I had to give him his own “toy” so he wouldn’t mess with my sewing.
I think he’s humiliated having been caught in such a stupid pose.This weekend, I’ll have better light to get pictures of the entire quilt to show those of you who have asked to see it.

I looooooove blue and yellow together. I love your cat too. Right now we don't have a cat and haven't for about 5 years. I really miss having a cat....but Rick is too content "catless". So I will have to enjoy yours!
ReplyDeleteCute background. Unfortunately our Thanksgiving was last month. On the plus side it's far enough from Christmas that we get turkey twice and not too close together :0) I made my sister and blue and yellow quilt. They're so cheerful.
