I love bold colors on a black background.  The borders really compliment the inner blocks.

Of course, we had to have a cat quilt picture.  It wouldn’t be right not to see a cat quilt on this blog.


Hope you enjoyed the show.  Thanks for the lovely comments on my prior blogs about the journey.  It was fun.  This is one quilt show that will definitely be on my list next year.

  6. Oh wow! What beautiful quilts! The ones that are so heaviily quilted are gorgeous. Talented quilters. I feel so inadequate and inspired at the same time, just like at show and tell at guild. Thanks for sharing.

  8. Unbelievable......now I know why I don't enter quilt shows.....my stuff is not even close to these beauties!
    but hey mine do make great gifts and that is what I make em for :0).
